Virtual Tours for Tourism

Suitable for the marketing of tourist attractions, parks and countryside.

In a recent survey of the Brecon Beacons National Park web site, visitors were asked: “Did you find the information you were looking for?”. 30% of the respondents stated that they wanted a virtual tour showing them around the park. They were not specifically asked “Do you want a virtual tour?”.

Full screen high quality 360 by 360 degree panoramas capture the beauty of nature and entice the web viewer to visit.

Put yourself in your visitors' shoes.  What do you look for when you go on holiday?

tickSomething to see and do;

tickSomewhere to stay;

tickHow to get there.

All of these can be included inside the virtual tour.  Adding links, buttons, animations, multimedia and WOW factors entertains the web visitor and enables them to play around and find out lots of information about the venue.  Whilst at play their desire to physically visit increases.

Let's go to the Beach......
On the beach you'll find an Awards tab pointing out all the awards it's won.  If you're going there soon, click on the Weather button or the Tide Tables button.  If you don't know how to get there, click on the Google map to find out where it is - then you'll see the adjacent tour where you can fly with the parapents and see a video  on YouTube   - take a look at the  Rhossili beach tour.

Let's go to the Park......
Capture the park in spring time with its vibrant and appealing colours.  Walk around the park using each panorama's reflective image.  Find out more information in the Flickr slideshow or link to a high definition video on YouTube and listen to the birds singing.

If you like the tour, use the social networking buttons inside the tour to tell your friends.  If you've not been there before, click on the Google map button and you will see a map together with Google's Street view of the entrance - see for yourself at the  Clyne Gardens tour.
