Virtual Tours of Properties

Suitable for Virtual Tours of Homes, Flats, Houses and other properties.

VR Vistas uses a new generation of full screen, 360 by 360 degrees, high quality,  immersive and interactive virtual tours that are carefully tailored to the client's requirements.

Our virtual tours are different because:

  • We specialise in creating information-rich tours;
  • We can embed real people into tours using video and green screen techniques.

As a result we can offer exciting and innovative virtual tours of properties and homes. Information embedded into the tours can take the form of text, graphics, photographs, animations, audio and video.  These can be held locally on the Web site or across any of the social networks on the Internet.  After all, a more informed and entertained viewer is much more likely to become a customer.

Here are some ideas:

  • A real person (using video and green screen techniques) in the best room to personally welcome visitors and enthuse them about the features of the property;
  • A live clock on a wall that tells the correct time anywhere in the world;
  • Interactive map button which links to a Google Map showing the location of the property;
  • An audio commentary in key rooms - an audio off button can also be added;
  • Background music to the whole tour;
  • An interactive link to the HIPS supplier on the Internet;
  • Interactive buttons which bring up detailed photographs of any feature within a room together perhaps with explanatory text at the bottom of it.
  • A camera button on a window which displays a panoramic photograph of the view;
  • Interactive buttons that can link directly to Internet availability / booking pages or feedback forums on the social networks such as TripAdvisor or Virtual Tourist;
  • Labels pointing out features;
  • Tool Tips (textual information that only appear when the mouse hovers over an item);
  • A video placed on a television or projector screen;
  • Elements of the virtual tour can be uploaded to YouTube™.
